Now we know, that within our brain we have something called a brake governor.
And so there’s this part of our brain, that when we get challenged, when we start to bump up against our comfort zone, this part of our brain tells us to stop.
But research shows that there’s so much more potential beyond that brake governor signal. So, keep this in mind when you think maybe you’re done, you actually have a lot more in you, you got a lot more strength, a lot more power, and a lot more energy.
So, don’t give up. Just focus on your effort, it’s all coming.
