It’s too easy to get swept away by the ‘rat race’ of life, the negativity of the media, and the blinders of unlimited personal agendas.

In the yogic tradition, WATER is considered one of the five, “Maha Bhutas (Great Elements). In yoga, the word for water is jala. Water has the ability, to shift-shape into different forms including gas, liquid, and solid. Most of us are familiar that water makes up approximately 75% of the earth’s surface. The human body also has a similar proportion of approximately 70-80% water.
